Sales Executive (Japanese market)

Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is one of the top Entertainment companies in Japan. They are looking to hire a Sales Executive - Japanese speaking to support their Japanese native stakeholders and clients.

The Responsibilities:
• Present, promote and sell products/ services to existing and new customers
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate sales activities and effort across team members
• Improve through feedback
• Other general ad-hoc duties

Requirements

The Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales or relevant role is an added advantage
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Japanese to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Chinese and Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
• Keen in Japanese culture such as Anime and Manga
• Able to travel on business trips to China, India, Korea, Taiwan, etc. (once per month)
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
