Customer Service Executive (Japan Market)

Job Description

Our Client:
Our Client is a well-established and reputable Logistics company, headquartered in Japan. They are looking for a Customer Service Executive (Japan market) in Singapore to join their growing team.

The Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage emails enquiries & incoming calls
• Co-ordinate and monitor air, ocean, cross-border trucking shipments with local customers and overseas agents
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to delight customers
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up with customers to ensure resolution
• Update cost and selling rates into shared folder system
• Assist Sales Representatives in terms of sales administration and paperwork
• Handle telephone calls or acknowledge customers’ emails on behalf of Sales Representatives

Requirements

The Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or any of its relevant discipline
• Preferably with 1 year of experience in Freight Forwarding Industry
• Highly motivated and passionate in providing premium services.
• Proficiency in Japanese language to smoothly and effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
• Ability to take initiative and responsibility
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• A cheerful and affable disposition
