Administrative (Korean Market)

Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is a well-established company in the Oil & Gas industry. They are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join their growing team in Singapore. Proficiency in Korean is essential to effectively communicate with Native Korean Stakeholders and Customers

The Responsibilities:
• Arrange & assist internal and external executives’ events (restaurants, meetings, forums etc.)
• Manage & reserve flights and accommodation for business travel
• Manage & assist employee’s expense and prepare monthly expense report with gathering relevant proof materials
• Screen personal callers and provide coffee/ tea for clients during conferences
• Assist and maintain billing procedures in accordance with office policy in a timely manner
• Order and dispense supplies for Office/ Pantry usage and consumption
• Manage mails and packages, including UPS/ FedEx/ airborne packages (local/ overseas)
• Prepare for the meeting, if needed (set up TV and water, A/C request in weekends)
• Arrange internal and external events (Events, meetings, forums, seminars, etc.)
• Assist all other tasks as assigned

Requirements

The Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience as secretary/administrative/any supporting role
• Fluency in English and Korean is required as you will need to liaise with Native Korean counterparts in the South Korea Headquarter
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize time sensitive work
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
