Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager - Regional

Our Client: Our client, a global PR/Integrated Communications Agency is currently hiring a Senior Regional HR Manager to join their growing team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a human resources strategy to attract, develop and retain top talent that aligns with overall business goals
* Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure the company attracts and hires qualified candidates in SEA region
* Work with the regional HR on talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and employee training and development initiatives
* Partner with APAC operations to oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs for SEA
* Manage employee performance review systems, salary structures, incentive programs and employee benefits
* Lead and develop HR and Admin staff, and ensure all functions operate efficiently and effectively

The Requirements:

* 5-8 years' of relevant HR experience
* Candidates from PR/Integrated Communications agencies or related services industries will be preferred
* Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
* Experience in office management
* Singaporean/PR only
