Sales Executive (Japanese Household brand)

Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is a well-established Household brand, headquartered in Japan. They are currently looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their growing team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Sales Manager to achieve sales target
• Visit retail shops to check product stock and take orders
• Ensure adequate stock levels and share of retail space
• Attend to sales enquiries and prepare sales presentations and proposals
• Assess and report on competitor's activity
• Perform necessary administrative work including sales reports, stock analysis and payment collection
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Sales Manager

・ 小売店訪問、在庫確認・注文受付
・ 在庫管理・売場スペース確保
・ 営業問い合わせ対応、提案書作成
・ 競合分析・報告
・ 営業報告書作成、支払い回収
・ その他付随業務

Requirements

The Requirements:
• Diploma or A level holders with at least 2 years of Sales experience
• Good team player with a positive and willing to learn attitude
• Good personality and hardworking character
• Passionate in Customer Service in retail industry
• Good proficiency in MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) and Pivot Table

・ 営業経験2年以上、ディプロマまたはAレベル
・ チームワーク重視、前向きで学ぶ意欲
・ 良好な人格、勤勉
・ 小売業界での顧客サービスに情熱
・ MS Office(Excel、PowerPoint、Word)、ピボットテーブル経験
・ 英語流暢(業務上必要なため)
