This position will support the Regional General Manager in managing regional business excellence projects that involve organisational transformation and change management.

Job Description

• Work with the Regional General Manager in managing the implementation of regional business excellence projects and ensure timely delivery and performance
• Translate the region’s strategy into clear delivery plans with clearly defined goals, milestones, and outcomes
• Develop organisation change management strategies and plans that align with the region’s goals
• Monitor project progress, ensure timely delivery, and implement corrective actions when needed
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and facilitate effective communication
• Manage risk by identifying key issues and implementing mitigations
• Assist Functional Heads and Area Heads in improving business excellence through workshops, focus groups, and process mapping
• Design and deliver effective project communications plans
• Lead regular review sessions with the Regional General Manager, Functional Heads, and Area Heads
• Deliver effective, high impact presentations to key stakeholders
• Create project plans, meeting minutes, and other documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy

Requirements

• A degree in business, project management or any related field
• 8+ years of experience in a professional project management role
• Demonstrated experience in change management to accomplish positive outcomes
• Ability to understand strategy and align tactical and strategic work in a well-balanced way
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels within the organisation and region
• Skilled in clear communication, active listening, and delivering effective presentations to diverse audiences
• Willingness to conduct frequent business travels
