Job Description
The Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the President’s calendar, including scheduling appointments,
• and meetings.
• Organize and coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the President and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and professionalism at all times.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Coordinate business travel itineraries.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for meetings and external engagements.
• Manage logistics and documentation for board and leadership meetings, including event coordination and support.
Requirements
The Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• More than 7 years of relevant experience supporting senior leadership.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment demonstrating high attention to detail and professionalism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
