The role of Regional Freights Manager will be central to driving strategic sales planning and enhancing
commercial performance across the Southeast Asia region.
Job Description
EY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
• Monitor sales performance through regular KPI reporting and identify areas for improvement.
• Support the development and promotion of new logistics services, including Warehousing, E-Commerce,
Consolidation, and Cross-Border Trucking.
• Collaborate with regional management to address escalated operational issues and maintain high service
standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with local offices and provide insights on market developments.
• Evaluate and improve existing sales and operational processes to enhance efficiency and customer
satisfaction.
• Identify underperforming areas and recommend targeted solutions for improvement.
Requirements
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Extensive operational experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Regional Background in sales support within the logistics sector.
• Strategic thinker with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the Southeast Asia region.
