Job Description

Our Client:
Our Client is one of the top Printing Technology companies in Japan. They are currently looking for a Regional Product Assistant Manager/ Manager to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:
Ecommerce Strategy & Marketplace Management:
• Guide regional sales offices in developing and executing effective ecommerce strategies aligned with local market dynamics, focusing on growth in B2C printer sales.
• Lead marketplace operations across platforms in regional and also brand e-store with an emphasis on driving product visibility and sales performance.
• Collaborate with country teams to implement promotional campaigns, improve online customer experience, and manage marketplace performance KPIs.
• Provide thought leadership and direction on ecommerce trends, digital shelf management, customer journey optimization, and platform engagement.

Product Marketing:
• Plan and execute product positioning and marketing initiatives for consumer printer categories across regional markets.
• Work closely with local product managers and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing plans with sales objectives.
• Manage the creation and roll-out of marketing collaterals, including product descriptions, visuals, comparison guides, and videos for online channels.
• Support product launches and lifecycle campaigns across the region.

Data & Performance Analysis:
• Analyze ecommerce performance data, digital KPIs, and marketplace insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Track and report on key metrics such as conversion rates, ROAS, campaign performance, and category share.
• Monitor competitive landscape and consumer behaviors and provide actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders based on data-driven observations.
• Stay informed on competitive activity and consumer behavior to support strategic decision-making. Generate monthly business reports and present insights and recommendations to regional management.

Requirements

The Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing or eCommerce in a regional B2C context
• Proven experience of working with major eCommerce marketplaces with hands-on experience in managing product visibility and driving sales performance.
• Strong analytical skills — comfortable with numbers, KPIs, and using data to make decisions.
• Creative and resourceful — not just execution-focused, but also brings fresh, innovative ideas to the table and follows through to implementation.
• Proactive and resilient team player — takes ownership, works through challenges, and delivers results.
• Natural collaborator — great at working with teams across different countries and cultures.
• Comfortable with evolving tech — open to using AI tools and digital platforms to enhance productivity and marketing outcomes.
• Willingness to travel within the APAC region when required.
