Our client is a global nanagement consulting firm based in Japan, which aims to provide business performance consulting services.
Job Description
This role is AMO/Support team. This consultant need to take care of the ticket issue from several clients.
- Overall responsible for BPC related support for over 20+ external customers.
- Primary scope shall be to ensure BPC Service Level Agreement (SLA) is adhered to (especially P1 issue/resolution), hands-on involvement whenever necessary.
- Involve in technical special projects from time to time eg. Technical upgrade, DB migration, tech refresh, EHP upgrade, OSS patching etc.
Requirements
Our client needs someone with the following skills:
- Must have more than 3-5years of relevant experience in SAP BPC (good to have HANA, ABap, and/or FICO).
- Knowledge & working experience of BPC for 1 year in Business Planning, Business Budgeting, Business Forecasting and Consolidation Reporting.
- Mandatory to have experience in Business Rule, BPF setup, Data manager packages, logic scripts.
- Experience in EPM & EVDRE reporting.
- Experience in BW data loadings and process chains.
- Having 2 end to end projects implementation experience previously will be an added advantage.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Able to start in a month notice.
- Consulting background preferable.
