Our client is a Japanese Freight forwarder firm which handles agents for Logistics firms.

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Executive:
• Email/telephone Correspondences with customers, partners and our group companies.
• Printing/Scanning/Filing of docs.
• Booking for new export shipments with our partner or carrier.
• Sending pre alert for new incoming shipment.
• Data entry into our system.
• Check supplier billing data.
• Generate our billing INV.
• Update the cargo status.
• Report to Sales PIC about customer’s update and assist compile shipping data.
• Other admin work.
• All jobs require accuracy.
• Reports to Manager.

Requirements

Our client needs someone with the following skills:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience of Customer Service at Freight Forwarder / Export and Import experience at commercial company.
• Preferable Logistics/Shipping experience and knowledge.
• Meticulous and good inter personal skills is good to have.
