One of leading FMCG, cosmetic company located in central Singapore
In charge of several brands for department store, drug store and/or online channel.
Develop yearly/monthly retail and whole sales budget/target and accurate sales forecasting on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Responsible to achieve set sales budgets/targets (retail sales and whole sales).
Analyze sales performance and identify gaps between actual sales versus plan/PY result and take appropriate action to address any differences.
Preparation of Monthly Sales report.
Initiate, develop, implement and evaluate channel specific promotion strategies and activities.
Improve the brands' presence and prominence in the trades
Establish and maintain positive relationships with retailers
Manage daily sales and operation issues at all counters
Stock and inventory management both at warehouse and counter: to ensure and maintain healthy inventory levels.
A leader who leads, manage, motivate and coach a team of Beauty Counselors/Advisors.
(Department store channel)
Planning of Beauty Counselors/ Advisors' monthly roster and manage OT and commission on monthly basis.
Launch new product, expand existing market and drive initiatives for customer acquisition.
Monitor, update and feedback on competitors' activities, new launches and promotions to ensure competitiveness of the company's products.
New Product RSP proposal
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by VP/GM, Cosmetics
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in related fields (beauty/Skincare/ Makeup retail industry)
Self-motivated, results oriented, creative thinker with strong business acumen
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Good presentation and communication skills
Strong problem solving skills, able to achieve targets, manage budgets and analyze sales results and performance
Possess ability to work under pressure and strong patience.
Negotiation and Influencing skills - Demonstrate strong ability to negotiate at different levels with customers and stakeholders.
Strong MS Office skill especially Excel.
Excellent planning and analytical skill, interpersonal and communication skills required
Has strong leadership in order to manage a team of beauty counselors/advisers
Experience in handling & executing promotions in-store.
