Overview:

Our client, an international organization that provides various services to the Marine & Offshore industry is on the lookout for an experience Operations cum Warehouse Manager to join their team in Singapore

The Accounts Supervisor manages the end-to-end daily operations aspect including the warehouse; planning, developing effective stock control systems, ensure HSE are maintained, management of internal team and contribute to the growth of company vision

The Role:

* Day to day Management, Motivation, Training and development of a strong Warehouse and Operations/Logistics team and competences
* Having a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision on how the warehouse contribute to these
* Core member of the department team and expected to actively contribute to develop and execute the overall strategy
* Implement LEAN processes for continued effective and efficiency Warehouse and Operations Management
* Ensure Quality, productivity and Cost Targets are met or exceeded in accordance with agreed MWBs and Budget
* Keep and develop effective stock control systems and planning future capacity requirements in close coordination with procurement and Sales
* Oversea the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
* Ensure workplace health, hygiene and safety and security requirements are maintained
* Obtain required quality certifications and have regular audits conducted as well as close coordination with external relevant authorities
* Oversee Warehouse requirements and system implementation for Business Development opportunities in the Region

The Requirements:

* Any relevant academics
* 3-8 years of relevant experience working in the Marine & Offshore industry
* Experience managing a team
