Our Client:

Our client, an international organization that provides various services to the Marine & Offshore, Oil & Gas and Energy industry is on the lookout for an experience Logistic Executive to join their Supply Chain team in Singapore.

Due to an increase in project opportunities in the Asia region have led to the need to expand their Engineering department in Singapore. The Logistic Executive manages the end-to-end daily operations.

The Role:

* Working closely with internal sales team and logistic team
* Assisting in all customer enquiries
* Liaising with customers and counterparts in Korea on delivery and arrival of products
* Build relationship with internal team and clients
* Ensure close follow up on orders
* Documenting of documents into internal system
* Generating and submission of any reports
* Other ad hoc duties when assigned

The Requirements:

* Any relevant academics
* 1 year of relevant experience as a Logistic support function in any industry
* Able to communicate in Korean language to liaise with Korean counterparts
