Our client is one of the growing MNC based in Japan. Their business is into trading for various products such as industrial components. Due to global expansion, they are looking for Accounting Executive to join their team.
Job Description
* Handle full set of accounts (GL, AP &AR) using TRE STEP Pro system
* Prepare monthly and yearly-end financial report to management
* Month end closing- Generate journal entries, accrual, receipt entries etc.
* Liaise with external auditor and head quarter
* Prepare purchase order for all the invoices & purchases
* Prepare salary bank instruction and CPF submission
* Review and sight assets to be disposal and submit disposal for Directors' approval
* Handle AR aging reports, statement of account and bank reconciliation
* Provide information to business units and management on business performance
Requirements
*Minimum 3 years of full set accounting experience
*Detail oriented and responsible personality
*Experience of using TRE STEP Pro is an advantage
*Japanese speaking ability is an advantage to liaise with Japan HQ
