Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a leading MNC into Sales for Mechanical equipment and Machine tool. They are looking for Sales Coordinator who can join immediately.

The Resposibilities:

* Provide support to Sales staff by preparing sales and purchase contracts
* Prepare import/export shipping documents based on L/C,
* Prepare customs and insurance declaration,
* Support Sales team for monthly delivery, sales reports, and issue payment vouchers
* Correspond and arrange with suppliers, overseas offices, customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.

The Requirements:

* Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' level.
* Must be good at computer and able to use MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
* Preferably have 2-3 years working experience in Sales support or Admin work.
* Able to work well as a team member.
* Candidates who can join immediately is an advantage.
