Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a global M&A advisory firm that has operated business in Singapore from 2017 and currently expanding their business.

The Responsibilities:

* Sourcing of companies to be acquired (collecting information, pioneering acquisition
* projects)
* Contract negotiations
* Company evaluation, Due Diligence/PMI related work
* Support for the following business revitalization of the acquired company, business plan formulation, operation management, and management improvement business, Financial support service
* Respond to the financial needs of the acquired company creation of cash flow, business plan, formulation of capital policy, consideration of procurement scheme, proposal, execution, development of investors, etc.

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any Financial related discipline
* Must have at least 5 years of professional experience working in an M&A position within a fast-paced, highly competitive, and dynamic industry
* Relevant work experience in advisory firms, PE funds, banks, securities companies, etc.
* Good understanding of accounting elements and be sufficiently familiar with the State's mergers and acquisitions regulations.
