Our Client:

Our client is a leading data center (DC) player with strong regional footprint and holistic growth strategies. In lieu of recent staff movement, we are looking to recruit a Senior Manager, Asset Operations that oversees the APAC DC assets. As a Senior Manager, Asset Operations (APAC), your main duties include overseeing the financial and operation performance of the assets, streamlining processes, and initiating best practices that are in line with the company's business plan. You will lead and guide a team of 4-5 staff that will report to you.

The Responsibilities:

As a Senior Manager, Asset Operations (APAC), your key responsibilities include:

* Close collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive business strategies which dive deep on operational objectives, expense management, and property performance
* Streamlining of property management process
* Ensure assets managed are following all regulatory requirements
* Ensure high team morale , identify skillsets gap within team member, provide recommendations on how to address those "skill gap" and create long term succession planning for the division
* Plan and control the annual CAPEX and OPEX budget
* Prepare and ensure accuracy of performance measurement variance reports.
* Provide support in marketing and leasing of assets via administration of tenant move-in and move-out, and review of leases
* Plan A&A and AEI projects for the assets managed to ensure optimization of projects
* Assist and provide recommendation in the negotiation of contracts with terms contractors vendor services and provide supervision as required. This will include executing contracts as necessary pursuant to your financial authority
* Conduct routine site inspection and compliance audits and set performance standards for staff

The Requirements:

To qualify for the position of Senior Manager, Assets Operation (APAC), you will have to:

* Graduate with a minimum Degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate from an accredited tertiary institution
* Possess minimum 10 years of experience in management of commercial assets portfolios
* Well verse in general property/ facilities management, finance management and lease management
* Displayed strong leadership and integration skills with other cross-functional departments
* Data center industry experience is a plus
* Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with Yardi is a plus
