Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is health care start-up company with its Head Quarter in Japan. Their Singapore office is looking for a country lead.

Client has been leading the market with its high quality product and innovative business model.

The Responsibilities:

* Launch, stabilize and manage service and operation in the country (incl. hiring)
* Back-up and support all functions including clinic support and patient support as well as sales as necessary
* Operate administration (Can leverage outsourcing especially accounting/taxation/bookkeeping. Include building the operation itself)
* Develop and discuss growth strategy with HQ and execute it as agreed (after stabilizing the initial operation)
* Communicate with HQ (discussion on key issues and necessary reporting)

The Requirements:

* Strong communication skill with multiple stakeholders in any format
* Resilience and independent working in a constantly evolving company
* Self-starter mindset
* People management and engagement skills (both internally and externally)

Preferred Requirements:

* 5+ year experience in new business development and launch
* 5+ year experience in business lead/management
* Ability to identify key issues and provide solutions to them to achieve goals
