Our Client:

Our client is one of the glowing Japanese electronics manufacturers. Their Singapore office is looking for a Sales Coordinator.

The Responsibilities:

* Work as a sales coordinator in Singapore
* Input customer's PO in our buying systems by company original tool
* Input customer's PO in our selling systems by ERP
* Adjust delivery schedule with factory staff and customer
* Send Invoice and packing list to customers
* Warehouse management
* Inventory control and stock movement analysis
* New Warehouse selection (Free trade zone)
* India office support(Create invoice and PL)
* Support the other sales coordinators if necessary
* Make sales result report, stock qty report, Profit analysis and so on
* Job volume may increase once he/she will accustom to do

The Requirements:

* Diploma in logistic or equivalent
* Knowledge in MS Office application
* Experience in ERP / MRP / Inventory management system
* Working experience at manufacturing company (If possible)
* Warehouse Operation Skill (Stock take, FTZ operation) if possible
* Mandarin and Japanese speaking candidates will be an advantage to liaise with Native Chinese and Japanese counterparts and stakeholders
