Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is one of the leading food companies with its headquarters in Japan. Their Singapore office is looking for a sales and office admin.

The Responsibilities:

* Provide sales and admin support for importing products (F & B)
* Based on customers' inquiries from Singapore and other Southeast Asian countries
* Request and import products and prepare documents from factory in Japan and contact the importer and place an order with all the information necessary for the import procedure

The Requirements:

Must have

* Mandarin speaking candidate is required to liaise with Native Mandarin speaking external customer
* Japanese speaking candidate is required to liaise with Native Japanese speaking internal customer

Better to have

* Knowledge and experiences in import and export
