Our Client:

Our client is a property investment firm looking for a Leasing Executive/ Senior Executive to market and manage vacant commercial/ retail space under their portfolio. This role will report to an Executive Director. CEA license is not required.

The Responsibilities:
As a Leasing Executive /Senior Executive, you will be tasked the following:

* Planning and implementation of leasing strategies to maximize occupancy mix for assigned portfolio
* Management of end-to-end lease function for assigned portfolio
* Value propose new leasing concept or tenant mix to help improve property performance
* Be the Company's ambassador by fostering strong tenant & landlord relationship
* Preparation and issuance of Tenancy Agreement and Letter of Offer are executed in timely manner and follow up on the execution of the agreements
* Accurate updating of lease details in database, rent rolls and lease summary etc for reporting purposes. To inform and liaise with related departments to prepare for smooth tenant hand over including ensuring that survey of leased premises

The Requirements:
To apply for Leasing Executive/ Senior Executive, you should:

* Possess a recognized Diploma in Real Estate or its equivalent from recognized tertiary providers.
* Worked on leasing function as a landlord rep. Someone with dynamic experience of working both with real estate agency and developer will be preferred. Those with more than 4 years' experience will be considered a Senior Leasing Executive
* Proven track record in bringing new lease concept or tenant mix will be preferred
* Possess traits like goal driven, enterprising and good organization ability will be a good fit for the team
