An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a multi-national company which has strong envision in smart technologies. They are in an expansion phase across Asia Pacific and is currently looking to hire Compensation & Benefits Specialist as part of their HR team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

Part of a strong HR team, this role is based in Singapore and will be focusing on Compensation & Benefits of local workforce.

* Compile and analyse benchmark data about job, compensation and benefit for the company and its regional subsidiaries
* Analyse and evaluate HR related data and reports to look at several aspects of employee behaviours such as headcount, attrition, turnover, tenure, performance, engagement
* Propose improvement or new suggestion based on data and analysis
* Lead in regional harmonization of policies while ensuring compliance with country regulatory requirements
* Manage compensation and benefits surveys, rewards benchmarking and market positioning analysis in coordination with survey/consulting companies and country HR teams
* Support review of country salary structures in conjunction with the annual salary and merit review cycle
* Conduct research and market trend analysis to identify best practices and business-oriented reward solutions
* Responsible for data quality and data integrity of compensation and benefits plans and processes related to Group Reward policies and guidelines
* Support Group Reward Leads to advise countries on corporate policies and guidelines on compensation models, short term incentive plans and long-term incentive programs
* Maintain consistency and accuracy of HR data
* Lead in HR budgeting and reporting, and introduce improvements in analysis and reporting
* Be part of in HR projects and initiatives, if any

The Requirements:

A good fit would be someone:

* Degree in Human Resources or related field
* At least 5 years' experience in Compensation and Benefits
* Well verse in Singapore's labor law
* With maturity to be sensitive when dealing with confidential information
* Strong communication skills who can deliver ideas and look through strategic lenses
* Ambitious, pays attention to details and is a great team player
* Independent, quick-learner and possesses strong sense of responsibility
