Our client is a global market leader in the area of technology consultancy and digital solutions. They are looking for a positive team player to drive IT services to their clients.

The Responsibilities:

* Consolidate Requirements from IT and Business team
* Analyzing Customer requirements and performing Gap analysis
* Mapping Customer requirements into the Product. (AS-IS and TO-BE Scenarios)
* Preparing Functional Specifications based on requirements, product fitment and workarounds
* Showing a demo of the application after mapping Customer requirements
* Coordination with the Development team for completing the Customization
* Providing Functional understanding to the Development team
* Functional Testing to ensure deliverables meet Customer requirements
* Assisting Customer during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Phase
* Single point of contact for Functional queries and clarifications

The Requirements:

* Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
* Ability to drive Customer meetings, Workshops using latest Collaboration tools
* Ability to Document the inputs received from Customer in pre-defined templates
* Knowledge of SDLC Processes, Agile & Project Implementation Life cycles
* Knowledge of Transportation Domain and Industry will be a plus
* Positive attitude and a team player
