Title: Institutional Equity Sales Assistant

Our Client:

Our client is Korea's leading financial institution. They ensure investment activities are firmly based on sound principles and know-how accumulated through company's rich experience in the investment world. Our client runs more than 70 domestic branches in South Korea, 11 overseas subsidiaries over the world.

The Responsibilities:

* Developing and executing account plans
* Generating deep understanding of client needs and building relationships with key client decision maker
* Maximizing client attendance at Analyst/Corporate roadshow
* Support Corporate Finance activities
* Generate trading/CSA revenue from clients
* Ensure the integrity of client database information and fully utilize CIS(CMFAS 1,6,6a) qualification
* A knowledge of Korea based companies and sectors
* An understanding of micro and macro-economic factors affecting equity markets
* Understanding of basic financial principles
* Experience working with Research teams and Sales Traders to ensure information is communicated and understood appropriately
* Technical knowledge of the Broking Industry
* Maintain high level of organization in a fast-paced environment to coordinate sales schedules/ travel, marketing trips, client meetings and general office management

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or above with major in Business, Finance or related disciplines
* Strong relevant working experience in research or equity sales with established buy-side client network
* Ideally with account management experience and able to cover accounts independently
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to interact with all levels of professionals and other assistants all across the globe
* Ability to grasp information quickly, taking appropriate actions when required
* Ability to prioritize and organize
* Fluent command of spoken and written Korean to liaise with Native Korean Speaking Stakeholders
