The Responsibilities:

This role will report to the Infrastructure Head and be part of a regional team, working in a matrix organization with other Network Engineers. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

* Managing digital communication and the IT networks. Establishing and maintaining IT and digital communication infrastructure, including wireless or LAN networks
* In charge of upgrading and installing new systems to improve the communication structure; Advising and recommending new technologies, services, and methods for IT Infrastructure to support the business
* Managing assigned projects and program components are delivered in accordance with established objectives
* Maintaining the upkeep of existing networks and to prevent downtime
* Design, setup and configure complex switching environments
* Establishing and maintaining digital communication software; this includes setting up new employees with company email accounts and providing them with access to the network, as well as troubleshooting for existing employees
* Design, setup, and configure complex wireless networking that supports open or secured access and the ability to support voice and video applications
* Maintaining the company's phone system, network hardware, and software applications, and security systems
* Making sure that the networks are protected from malware and viruses, identifying areas that might be under threat and areas where security can be improved, keeping up to date on ever-changing cyber-threats
* Working with third party service provider in troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware & software applications, telephones & security systems and perform restoration operation
* Installing and maintaining firewalls, establishing, and maintaining company-wide access policies to the internet
* Configuring and installing client and server's network software for upgrading and maintenance of network & telecommunication systems
* Performing analysis and collecting data to establish the potential for improvements within the communication networks

The Requirements:

We invite an experience Network Engineer to join this established company, with a keen eye for making improvement, positive impact globally. To be successful you must come with:

* A Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
* More than 5 years of experience in network and server administration, i.e., LAN & WAN administration, SD-WAN, firewall administration, load balancers administration, IP routing protocol administration, VLAN, AD/Server administration and performance management
* Familiar in implementing and supporting Cisco & Aruba switches and Palo Alto Firewalls
* Familiar with Cisco VOIP
* CCNA and CCNP certification is an advantage
* Proactive personality and attitude when collaborating with global implementation project team
* Familiar in being part of a team in a matrix organization.
* Modern, energetic, self-starter, display initiative and proposes pragmatic new ideas / approaches
