Our Client:

Our client is one of the top leading Media Companies with its headquarters in US. Their Singapore office is looking for a Manager, Workflow Analyst & Quality Control.

The Responsibilities:

The position will act as a workflow analysis and a quality control manager, working closely with the internal Operations teams, various partner technology teams and external vendors/supplies to advance the performance and improvement of the workflows under scope of work of Content Operations. Initiatives include performing workflow audits, identify issues and areas for improvements, implements processes, metrics, analytics, and control systems for improvements, and provide expertise for to issues arising in various workflow process. The position is expected to lead or participate in various initiatives/projects that develop and implements new tools and systems for asset management, ordering and production tracking, and reporting tools to ensure all technical solutions and processes are best met with the operational requirements. The person must have excellent project management skills and experience with process improvement methodologies, and able to support his/her manager in strategic planning and representation and engage with various internal stakeholder in helping to deliver quality services.

* Work closely with the Content Operations teams and the partner stakeholders, both internal and external to the company, to understand the delivery requirements and the process supporting deliveries
* Review procedures in place for quality control, technical operations, order management, documentation, tracking and compliance to specifications
* Setup performance evaluation and analytic framework across the operational functions to visualize service levels (SLA) and performances to help identify the areas of improvements:

* Establish and furnish regular reporting of key performance metrics for each key process
* Set performance target and escalation thresholds for when corrective action is needed
* Capturing statistical data for deeper process analysis
* Identifying opportunities that helps improving workflows, i.e. data gathering, tracking reporting and workflow systematization

* Establish process improvement plan on key processes and work with the internal team and external stakeholders including suppliers as necessary to work to improve the process to help deliver quality of products or services
* Hold regular team meetings to discuss performances and issues management
* Write, manage, review, and maintain technical specifications and help the Operations teams furnish workflow procedures related the various process and workflow for new and ongoing services
* Understand the needs and requirements to support the Operations teams managing media assets, localization, and distribution servicing, and proactively recommend improvements to current workflow, and engage with technology teams as necessary to engage initiating projects to correct and improve process
* Participate in technology initiatives to assist in defining project scopes and objectives representing Content Operations by working with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical/operational feasibility
* Perform risk assess, escalate to the project team, and propose for any mitigation, and report to the management as necessary
* Provide feedbacks and further gather requirements to the Operations teams to ensure all parties are updated and operational requirements continues to be met with the project scopes
* Host and coordinate regular and ad-hoc meetings with both internal and external stakeholders accordingly to achieve the above
* Support delivery projects by:

* Assisting planning deployment, user test and acceptance
* Help develop and implement standard operational procedure as part of the operational deployment process, and help coordinate schedule trainings

* Provide regular report and escalate to management as needed
* Maintain strong working relationships with team and related business units
* Research and develop new technologies to enhance digital distribution servicing and media asset management to contribute suggest for the best solutions
* Work closely with the management to ensure high level of customer service, in line with current and future servicing needs and maintain a strategic approach
* Provide professional reports and presentations to the management and business partners as requested

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Media Production, Business Analytics, IT, Computer Science, or other relevant degrees
* At least 7 years of experience in a technical operations role required
* Media distribution technology or post-production experience preferred, but other quality management experience in manufacturing or service industries may apply
* At least 2 to 3 years managing a team with a complex requirements and deliverables
* Ability to deliver high quality documentation and attention to details
* Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
* Strong communications skills and ability to communicate with all levels within an organization
* Proven experience in influencing others to effect change
* Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001, etc.) preferred
* Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus
