Sales Operations Manager

Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of innovative medical devices of critical care products for cardiology market. They are looking to hire a Sales Operation Manager to handle full spectrum of inventory management process within consignment locations.

The Responsibilities:

* Work closely with internal stakeholders within APAC region to optimize inventory as well as cross functional projects (e.g. product phase in/out plan)
* Procurement of trading products for APAC region to support sales
* Establish regional forecasting and consignment programs
* Secure supply together with supply chain team ensure uninterrupted flow of product to fulfil customer orders
* Maintain and ensure SOP for inventory management process are in place, ensure inventory control
* measures are in place and consistent with inventory turn target
* Take part in Sales and operation planning meeting to review, forecast and feedback on supply constrains
* Handle yearly stock take, quarterly inventory counts as well as stock count reconciliation in direct markets
* Generate inventory reports for management review/ad hoc analysis
* Support order fulfilment and sales team for urgent deliveries
* Determine safety stock levels and reordering points for consignment warehouse
* Manage and dispose expired products timely
* Maintain good working relationship with 3rd party vendor to achieve deliverables
* Other related duties assigned

The Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory/supply chain management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with both internal stakeholders
* Analytical, able to interpret data and present trends/observations
* PC savvy with ability to use excel advance, SAP system as well as other reporting tools
* Organized and detail-oriented, good in planning with project management skills
* Team player, proactive, and result-oriented
