Job Description

Our Client:

An excellent opportunity to join our client who is a multinational company in the R&D (Engineering) industry. Company is currently looking to hire a Office Manager/Executive to take on an individual contributor role in Singapore.

You will be taking care of 40+ employees.

The Responsibilities:

This role is based in Singapore and will be focusing on attracting the best talents in the R&D industry and building strong employer branding:

As an experienced Office Manager/ Admin Executive, you will be the go-to person and support on effective office's day-to-day general administration and HR admin duties.

General Admin

* Covers generic scope including meetings arrangement, office facilities & maintenance, IT setup, office supplies, receptionist role, HR admin and secretarial assistant to EVP & Director.
* Provide a wide range of administrative and general support duties of a highly responsible nature to the EVP, Director and office staff
* Schedules appointments and arranges meeting, conference and travel
* Receives and screens telephone calls, letters, and or visitors, answering routine questions and obtaining and furnishing information to save managers' time
* Carries out activities such as office maintenance, office supplies management, etc.

HR Admin

* Prepare accurate, up to date and easily accessible training records for all staff
* Liaise with the relevant educational establishments and record the progress of staff
* Make all administrative arrangements for courses, both internal and external

The Requirements:

* Degree in Business Admin or related field
* At least 5-8 years' experience in Office Administration work, in a small-sized MNC setup
* With maturity to be sensitive when dealing with confidential information
* Strong communication skills who can communicate with all levels of stakeholders, and is someone solutions-driven
* Ambitious, pays attention to details, and is a great team player
* Independent, quick-learner, and possesses strong sense of responsibility
* Highly proficient in MS Excel
