Our Client:
Our client is one of the top leading manufacturing companies headquartered in Japan. Their Singapore office is looking for an Assistant Sales Engineer/Sales Engineer for their Sales & Marketing department.
The Responsibilities:
* Make sales inquiries
* Preparing the quotations and tenders, also to follow up the customers and answering any queries
* Prepare for the tender interviews and negotiations
* Credit application to be done for all targeted projects and 'Home Lift projects', as well as prepare the internal assessments
* Follow up on the sales orders and contracts that have been obtained
* Prepare the required monthly reports and necessary annual reports.
* Preform day to day admin activities that include filling, faxing and liaising with various customers
* Willing to travel overseas
The Requirements:
* Min. Diploma/Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Electrical
* Minimum 1 year of relevant Sales working experience
* Good team player and able to work independently
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
