The Responsibilities:

To support the growth they are after, the business is seeking for a sales-oriented Solutions Consultant and this position will report directly to a sales director. This role is based in Singapore and will be responsible with identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company service offerings in throughout APAC (including in Singapore), and to expand existing customer accounts.

* Collaborating directly with the regional sales leadership team to build, grow, and develop client accounts throughout APAC
* Identify potential business opportunities, managing initial relationship building, and follow through potential leads to secure wins
* Handling commercial quotations, proposals, and presentation materials
* Discuss and liaise with internal resources to provide unique solutions to clients
* Maintain, build, and develop current client relationships and generate sustainable revenue stream

The Requirement:

* Revenue driven and strong business acumen
* Applicants with a Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum of 2 years of exposure to sales, business development, and/or account management
* Preferably direct experience in IT managed services sales and/or IT sales
* Familiar with the banking + financial industry landscape in the region
* Able to work collaboratively across functions to develop and execute commercial plans
* Excellent in planning, organization, prioritization, and time management skills
* Proven ability to build long-term relationships with proper communication, writing, and presenting skills. Ability to relate a strong understanding of customer and partner needs, objectives, and strategy.
* General understanding of the international environment and of international-specific business challenges
* Ability to work independently and achieve goals with limited supervision when part of a matrix team
