Job Description

Our Client:

RGF is representing a reputable global FMCG. They are actively looking to hire an Assistant Key Account Manager to join their team.

The Responsibilities:

* Develop the annual account business plans in line with company brand and sales objectives that drive the sustainable attainment of company annual and monthly gross sales targets and net sales target
* Prepares, sell and negotiates the Customer Account Plans and be proactive to ensure the achievement of all sales and account objectives
* Prepares and reviews trade scorecards for each account by category in accordance with prescribed methodology and timelines
* Monitors and optimizes all account investments and ensure these investments are within company guidelines and within budgets assigned
* Helps sell and negotiate the trade marketing national and channel plans
* Achieve the agreed level of account contact with the customer hierarchy to elevate the status of a positive customer relationship versus our primary competitors
* Effectively communicate market intelligence to all internal parties and stakeholders

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business/Commerce/Retail Marketing or its equivalent
* Minimum 4 - 6 years of FMCG experience in Sales/Marketing across different trade channels
* In depth understanding customer and consumer/FMCG Industry
* Well versed in MS Office
* Possess a Class 3 driving license and a motor vehicle
