Bank Officer, Client Onboarding

Job Description

Our Client:

RGF represents one of the well-established commercial banks in Asia. They're actively looking to hire a Bank Officer to join their team. The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the bank operations and client onboarding.

The Responsibilities:

* Onboarding of clients (retail customers & financial institutions)
* Work closely with front office on the required documents for account opening to ensure completeness
* Liaise with relevant teams for setting up the accounts in the system
* Maintain customer documentation both in hardcopy and imaging file
* Conduct KYC/AML/CFT checks on new clients and periodical review on existing clients
* Maintain and update client database, ensure data are accurately recorded in the system
* Stay informed of any regulatory, policy and procedural requirements
* Perform other tasks assigned by superior/head of department

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree with at least 3-4 years of related banking experience
* Possess a positive attitude, proactive and a team player
* Able to multitask, work under pressure, and detail-oriented
* Comfortable to work overtime if required
* Proficient in MS Office
