Job Description

Our Client:

RGF represents one of the well-established commercial banks in Asia. They're actively looking to hire a Banking Executive to join their team. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the settlement operations are carried out in a timely manner.

The Responsibilities:

* Process treasury products including Fixed Income, Repo/Reverse Repo, Money Market, and other Derivatives (FX/NDR/FC Option/IRS/CCRS)
* Process collateral margin call on Repo/Reverse Repo
* Process swift payments and ensure timely and accurate payments
* Investigate and ensure non-receipt/non-payment of funds are monitored, follow-up and resolved
* Check and match all trade confirmations including follow-up on any unconfirmed transactions
* Provide daily nostro funding positions to Treasury Dept, update cashflow positions, and reconcile the end balances
* Perform counterparty and country limit monitoring function and alert supervisor on any breaks
* Update and maintain counterpart limit/country limit and counterpart SSI
* Prepare reports relating to treasury activities
* Prepare Trade Repository report to DTCC
* Provide other operational support for Wealth Management activities
* Ensure procedures and policies are compiled with
* Assist in UAT and other ad hoc projects
* Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time by superior

The Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in treasury settlement operations
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: MS Word/Excel
* Knowledge in Euroclear process, Trade Repository reporting (DTCC), and Swift message type will be an advantage
