Every job application is unique, therefore making the process for each application different. However, as a general guide.
This is the process with RGF:
- Once you apply to a job opening here, you will be notified within 72 hours if you are suitable.
- Our recruitment consultants will contact you to discuss your job application and your career goals.
- Your profile will then be shared with the employer. Should you be shortlisted, our recruitment consultant will share with you more about the job role and arrange an interview session with the employer.
- Prior to the job interview, they will share tips and insights to prepare you for the interview and also negotiate your compensation package when successful. You can also read about our tips here to help you with your interview and salary negotiation.
- Before your start date, our recruitment consultants will also follow up and ensure that you are ready for your first day.

The average waiting time varies based on different factors. For instance, the recruitment process and the volume of applications received for the current job openings. Also, if you have submitted your resume for future opportunities, we will reach out to you should there be a suitable position available.

Each job application received is reviewed carefully by our recruitment consultant, however, due to the high volume of applications received, not all job applicants may be informed if they are not shortlisted.
