Our Client:
Our client is an owner and builder of network infrastructure. They are actively looking to hire a Facilities Engineer to join their team.
The Responsibilities:
* Operate and implement facilities management programs related to maintenance works
* Provide support to prepare for capital and operation budget by monitoring to ensure completion is within time and cost objectives
* Assist in contract management and administration
* Provide support for planning and management of activities of outsourced service partners
* Liaise with engineer and external stakeholders, ensuring that system maintenance is carried out accordingly
* Manage facilities related to repair and replacement works
* Assist in investigation, developing and implementing solutions and troubleshooting on operational issues of building and facilities
* Assist in development and implementation of policies, protocol, and procedures to maintain full compliance with mandatory requirements
* Conduct quality control inspections at all Central Offices for potential safety hazards and unsafe conditions
* Implement measures to maintain safety and security in work environment
* Attend to all emergency/crisis on and off hours and provide a timely response to incidents when they arise
* Assist in emergency management and contingency planning
* Assist in internal and external audits
The Requirements:
* Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Facilities Management with 5 years of relevant working experience
* Well-versed in all facets of facilities management with general knowledge of all real estate functions, including planning, development, asset management and project management
