Business Development Executive (Car Leasing/ Rental)

Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is a well-established Japanese company that specialises in renting and leasing of private Cars. They are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Executive (Car Leasing/ Rental) to join their team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers.

The Responsibilities:
• Promote car leasing services to corporate customers, mainly Japanese companies, and build new customer base
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners with the aim of increasing sales
• Planning and execution of promotional advertising as part of sales activities
• Daily communication with customers regarding car leasing. Responding to inquiries from customers.
• Connect information about customer accidents, breakdowns, etc. to operation staff
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

The Requirements:
• Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
• Degree holder with Min 3 years of sales experience
• Preferably 2-3 years’ sales experience in car leasing (rental) or automotive industry
• Interest in cars or willingness to learn more
• Excellent communication skills and a sincere attitude towards customers
• A positive and persistent person who can maintain a positive and persistent approach to new business and customer development
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel PowerPoint
• Driving license, including a driving license that can be converted to a Singapore driving license is highly preferred
