The Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the company’s enterprise risk management framework
• Identify, assess, and report key risks across operational, financial, regulatory areas
• Conduct regular risk assessments and scenario analysis to guide mitigation
• Ensure insurance products, investments, and operations comply with MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) risk management guidelines
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure adherence to MAS and GIA requirements
• Maintain compliance policies, train staff and submit timely regulatory filings
• Keep risk registers, compliance logs, and prepare audit/regulatory reports
The Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Finance, Law, Risk Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in risk management or compliance within the insurance or financial services sector
• Good knowledge of MAS regulations and relevant insurance industry guidelines
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, with a high level of integrity and professionalism
• Familiarity with governance frameworks such as ERM, AML/CFT, PDPA, and FATCA/CRS
