Our Client:

Our client is a Japanese Regional HQ that focuses on medical technology for infection control and laboratory uses. Their office in Singapore also manages the sales and marketing for the Asia-Pacific region. With their high-quality standards, they are well-known in the Medical Industry. Currently, they are looking for a Regional Product Specialist to join their ever-growing team.

The Responsibilities:

* Responsible for sales and profit for the renal products assigned
* Manage visit calls and leads with hospitals/specialist centers
* Develop and lead regional product campaigns to expand the assigned product business
* Build relationships and maintain strong network with existing accounts to support customers' requirements and future needs
* Plan and implement regional educational sessions as necessary (basic, advanced) for nurses and patients
* Analyze competitive marketplace and industry trends to achieve company revenue goals
* Keep up to date on product knowledge of business partners and market dynamics
* Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
* Maintain proper documentations for all product related activities
* Work closely with countries to understand the benefits and use of our renal products such as workshops and new products launches, roadshow and other sales leads
* Collect, analyze and present field sales insights to assist with strategy planning and implementation and gain clear understanding to grow market share
* Travel overseas on business trips as and when needed

The Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma/Degree in relevant field with great understanding of Nephrology Clinical Concepts
* 5-7 years' experience in Nephrology/Hemodialysis field with regional exposure
* Great interpersonal & communication skills
* Able to work independently and a team player
