Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese Regional HQ that focuses on medical technology for infection control and laboratory uses. They're known for their high-quality standards in the medical industry Their office in Singapore also manages the sales and marketing for the Asia-Pacific region. Currently, they are looking for an Accounts Executive who has the knowledge and experience of consolidation filed.

The Responsibilities:

* Maintain Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable records and master data
* Prepare sales/inventory reports based on business divisions, companies, products, and services
* Checking and preparing monthly PL reports and financial reports for each group company
* Posting of receipts and payments & perform banking transactions
* In processing Accounts Payable payment & issue of cheques
* To prepare tax invoices
* Perform monthly and quarterly closing process by collecting the data from group companies
* Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents
* Management report and any other related duties as assigned
* Manage withholding Tax and GST and support tax filings
* Deal Confirmation of physical and paper transaction
* Manage derivative transactions including initial margin, variation margin, settlements, and collateral management
* Ensure all responsible deals are captured accurately in DIVA system
* Ensure that the data of group companies are accurate in DIVA system
* Communicate timely and manage inquiries from internal and external counterparties
* Checking and gathering monthly AR overdue reports for subsidiaries
* Any other duties and/or responsibilities as the Company may assign from time-to-time

The Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
