Job Description

Our Client:
Our client is a well-established Japanese Consultancy, providing professional Accounting and Tax Services. They are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team in Singapore. Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers.

The Responsibilities:
• Bookkeeping
• Payroll calculation and transfer
• GST returns
• Reimbursement and transfer of expenses
• Other general affairs

・GST申告
・経費精算および振込
・その他付随業務

Requirements

The Requirements:
• Proficiency in Japanese language is essential to effectively communicate with Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of related experience at accounting firm
• Working knowledge in GST, CPF and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards

・会計学のディプロマまたは同等の資格
・会計事務所での関連業務経験1~2年
・GST、CPF、シンガポール財務報告基準の実務知識
・日本語ビジネスレベル(業務上必要なため)
・英語ビジネスレベル(業務上必要なため)
