Job Description

Our Client:
The client is one of the leading Japanese healthcare service providers. They are actively looking to hire a M&A Manager to join their team in Singapore.

The Responsibilities:

* Develop strategies for global business and formulate approaches for acquisitions, investments, and other arrangements
* Identify and originate external growth opportunities for acquisition, investment, and other strategic arrangements for the group
* Analyze transactions and report developments on a regular basis to the head of the division, CFO and other management members
* Manage transactions from the initial phase to the closing of the transaction
* Understand the industry with in-depth analysis with regards to relevant markets
* Conduct due diligence of the targets by managing external professional firms
* Structure the projects from a legal and tax point of view and prepare financial modelling and valuation of the transactions
* Participate negotiations with the targets and partners
* Develop integration plans
* Ad hoc works to be assigned from time-to-time

The Requirements:

* Bachelor or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Management, Healthcare/Medical from well recognized schools
* 2 to 5 years of experiences of M&A deals and/or other strategic projects at investment banks, consulting firms, investment funds, large corporations and/or PE/VC backed companies. Experience of equity research, business consulting, market research and hospital/clinic management will be considered as an alternative of the said experiences
* Experience in healthcare and knowledge on health insurance system are appreciated
* Desire to contribute to better healthcare service and system
* Overseas working experiences or multinational corporation working experiences
* Self-starter with an ability to manage multiple priorities
* Able to work well cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
* Excellent interpersonal skill
* MS Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
