Our Client:
Our client provides energy management and clean energy systems and plays an increasingly significant role in the international energy market, especially in Japan. They are actively looking for a Junior Accountant to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
* Data entries to accounting software according to the supporting documents
* Prepared monthly journals, schedules, and bank reconciliation
* Assist to extract information for GST submission based on knowledge for GST
* Assist with Accounts Payable, ensure proper authorization, payment details and necessary documents are submitted
* Prepare and record of various expenses transactions and raise payment vouchers
* Checking reimbursement form and business trip expenses, ensure all the business trip and expense is approved
* Assist to check documents submitted are compliance with internal control procedures and processes are in line with company policy
* Other ad hoc duties assigned by management
The Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma in Accounting & Finance related
* Minimum 2 years' experience in accounting role, preferable Account Payable
* Great interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders
* High level of meticulousness
* Having SAP HANA software experience is preferable
