Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a data center company with global presence and over 170 facilities across major business markets, and they are looking for a Treasury Manager to support fund raising activities for the Group in both existing and new markets to achieve optimal capital structure.

The Responsibilities:

* Review and negotiate financing facilities to ensure competitive terms and pricing and execute financing documents
* Responsible for both EMTN and loan documentation coordination for execution
* Monitor and review loan covenants to ensure compliance with both EMTN and loan agreement requirements
* Review financing model with investment team to secure and support funding
* Prepare regular reports to update C-suites on financing matters and to obtain approval
* Ensure compliance with Treasury policy
* Involved in organisation wide and Treasury projects and other assignments as and when required

The Requirements:

* Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Accountancy, and Economics from a recognised university
* Minimally 5 years of relevant financing experience
* Corporate Treasury certification is a plus
* Understanding of Debt capital market, financing terms and conditions and understanding of the interest rate and FX products
* Familiar with Bloomberg, SAP, and experience with TMS, Fxall, and 360T
* Able to work independently to plan and multitask to deliver within stipulated timeline
* Project management experience
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal is required for effective communication to both internal and external stakeholders
* Meticulous, committed, and good work ethics
