Our Client:
Our client is a leading cooling services company in Asia with supportive sustainable energy and environment. They are actively looking to hire an Accounts Associate to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
* Process supplier invoices, manage GIRO payments, and handle staff claims
* Electronically file ERP documents, oversee intercompany settlements, and maintain the vendor database
* Review accounts payable aging and ensure timely payments
Account Receivable
* Post customer receipts promptly, send monthly statements, and manage Giro collection applications
* Collaborate with business units and customers to meet collection targets
* Review and provide feedback on accounts receivable aging
Banking Process and Other Responsibilities
* Perform bank reconciliation, update loan facilities schedule, and manage bank dealings
* Assist in cash flow planning, prepare related reconciliations
* Involve in weekly cashflow planning and monthly forecast monitoring
* Coordinate with auditors on payables, receivables, cash, and bank-related audits; handle ad hoc duties
The Requirements:
* Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
* More than 3 years of account payable experiences in the commercial field
* Effective communication, detail orientation, independence, and resourcefulness
* Able to uphold confidentiality and possess high integrity
* Ability to interact with all levels within the organization or external parties
* Prior experience in NetSuite, banking portals, and accounts receivable are good to have
* Familiar with Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint)
