As a Facilities Engineer, your primary responsibility entails in managing facilities management programs while coordinating with internal engineers and managing agents to ensure maintenance activities align with plans and contracted scopes.

The Responsibilities:

* Assist in managing facilities management programs, including formulating routines for maintenance works, planning cyclical replacement/enhancement works, and overseeing their implementation across all Central Offices.

* Support the Manager in preparing and monitoring operation and capital budgets, ensuring projects are completed within set timeframes and costs.

* Aid in contract administration and management, including tender evaluation, negotiation, and recommending award recipients.

* Effectively plan and manage activities of outsourced service partners, supervising and controlling their performance.

* Coordinate with internal engineers and managing agents to ensure maintenance activities align with plans and contracted scopes, managing timely repair and replacement work.

* Investigate, develop, and implement solutions for operational problems and adhere to legislative acts and regulatory requirements.

* Conduct periodic quality control inspections for potential safety hazards and unsafe conditions, initiating corrective measures to maintain a secure work environment.

* Attend to emergencies and crises, providing timely responses and assisting in emergency management and contingency planning.

* Assist in fulfilling customer facility requests, participating in internal and external audits, and handling ad-hoc tasks as required

The Requirements:

* Minimum Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Facilities Management.

* Preferably 5 years of relevant working experience.

* Proficient in all facets of facilities management with general knowledge of real estate functions.

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

* Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
