Our Client:
Our client is one of the top Japanese financial firms, specialising in a wide range of financial products and services. They are looking for a Senior Manager (Corporate Finance & Strategic Investment APAC) to join their Singapore Office.

The Responsibilities:
• Overall deal process/ task flow: Grasps deal process thoroughly and understand debt/equity financing criteria for various deals and build credit/investment story independently
• Sourcing: Originate transactions aligned with the bank's criteria on her/his own with initiative, effectively and aggressively
• Material preparation: Effectively prepare entire credit and internal approval material and present well internally
• Documentation: Prepare all legal documents and effectively coordinate with lawyers
• Negotiation/ Coordination: Negotiate terms effectively with initiative
• Administration: Conduct all administrative tasks required (including folder management and internal approval)
• Knowledge: Has accumulated overall required knowledge (credit analysis, financial accounting, finance, accounting/tax, legal, settlement) and can find internal/external sources to acquire new knowledge
• Leadership: Acts as team leader; lead juniors well
• Management: Attempt to aggressively acquire internal rules and effectively manage team

The Requirements:
• At least 7 years of work experience in corporate loan, asset financing fund investment, management consulting etc
• Experience in multiple areas of products/ sectors above are preferred
• Various sector coverage experience is preferred
• Interpersonal skills with great leadership qualities
• Proficiency in Japanese language to smoothly and effectively communicate and present to Japanese Native Stakeholders and Customers
