Job Purpose:

Based in Singapore, the Digital Communications Production Manager is the creative responsible for ensuring that all elements of video and audio content strategy are professionally executed and delivered across our website and social media platforms that support our client's ambitions of becoming part of Asia's biggest success story in dental care.

This role is the equivalent of a broadcast production company producer and will be filled by a creative expert.

Responsibilities:

* Developing an annual video and audio strategies including Copywriting & Development of Online Content (Website, Social Media, Online Platforms)

* Build and maintain an engagement strategy to grow organic followers and engagement.

* Provide editorial supervision of all media content to ensure synergy with project objectives, and production style is tailored according to the output requirements, to raise awareness of the company.

* Act as the 'senior editor' to sign-off scripts and other content, providing guidance and advice in the process in order to build the editorial skills of other team members. This may involve sub-editing scripts for TV packages, online videos and other content, to ensure high-quality, engaging content.

* Manage the production schedule for several platforms across multiple digital platforms, to fulfil production targets and ensure all production information is recorded and tracked in a systematic way.

* Effective budget management to maximise ROI.

You will be fit for this role if you have:

* A strong professional track record in media production and/or journalism.

* Excellent editorial judgement.

* Production experience of different media formats, including video and online.

* Senior level Camera Operation, Video editing and Motion Graphics experience is essential for this role.
