Marketing Operations Specialist

Job Description

Our Client:

Our client is a well-known technology MNC who is on the lookout for a suitable candidate to join their Singapore team for a marketing operations role.

The Responsibilities:

* Support the global marketing team in ongoing project through data analysis & operations management
* Help to prepare decks using presentations/data dashboards to present the findings to country heads & business stakeholders
* Keep a detailed dashboard explaining the monthly OKRs, budgets, ROIs of the ongoing campaigns
* Provide analytical deep dives crucial to strategic marketing initiatives
* Help to streamline & create new process for data analysis across the regional teams
* Deliver clear insights into drivers of revenue, risks, and opportunities
* Provide thorough guidance and recommendations to the business from the data analysis

The Requirements:

* Degree Holder, with at least 2+ years of experience within operations management & data analysis
* Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills
* Strong proficiency in Gsuite and MS office products, particularly powerpoint/slides AND
* Experience writing SQL queries, pulling data from relational databases, creating databases, and working with other statistical analysis and data mining software a plus
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
