Our Client:

Our client is one of the top leading retail companies with Headquarters in Japan. Their pillar brand has 2,250 stores in 25 countries and regions, is the world's third-largest manufacturer and retailer of private-label apparel and their office in Singapore is looking for a HR Business Partner.

The Responsibilities:

* Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance(Including other stores in the headquarters. Therefore, store patrol and personnel support are also part of the job.)
* Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
* Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
* Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
* Provide HR policy guidance
* Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
* Identify training needs for teams and individuals
* Evaluate training programs
* Suggest new HR strategies

The Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience as a HRBP with proven records of delivering strategic HR initiatives within a diverse working environment
* Have experience working in a global organization with good understanding of Singapore Labor Law
* Ability to work on own initiative; pre-emptive and dedicated; constantly thinking ahead; and demonstrating business acumen mindset
* Have influential and negotiation ability coupled with flexibility and resilience
* Excellent communicator
* Posses a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in HRM or Business Administration
